In this experience you will learn powerful chants and special ways to do them, healing mudras and affirmations to calm and heal your mind and body. This experience is part of a 2 program series which will bring a shift in your life from ailing to healing. A chant is the iterative speaking or singing of words or sounds, often primarily on one or two main pitches called reciting tones. Chants may range from a simple melody involving a limited set of notes to highly complex musical structures. Like prayer, chanting may be a component of either personal or group practice. Diverse spiritual traditions consider chant a route to spiritual development. Mudras aren't just for meditation, but have subtle effects on the body and mind that can be used for healing purposes. Mudras are specific gestures used to lock in energy. They can involve the hands, eyes, or the whole body. Self-affirmation encourages you to think positively about the important things in your life. Rather than trying to convince yourself that you're beautiful when you don't feel that way, self-affirmation encourages you to think positively about the important things in your life, like your family, hobbies etc.
