The things you will learn
  • Choice-Based Learning | Decision- Making
  • Will be exposed to wide range of topics from science, storytelling, paper making, calligraphy, sign language and much more.
  • Explore their interests and build self-awareness about topics that excite and engage them
  • Forge connections with children from different backgrounds and learn to express and engage with any subject or skill.
  • Multiple workshops will take place at the same time. All participants will be required to choose the sessions they want to attend. We request parents to let children make this choice and let them experience JOMO (Joy of Missing Out) over FOMO(Fear of Missing Out)
What’s included in the experience
  • Children are biologically designed to educate themselves through play and exploration. They learn best when they are in charge of their own education. All they need is a conducive environment. Pitaara Learning Festival is that environment.
  • We have crafted an environment where children are in-charge of their own learning . Over 20 workshops will be facilitated by people from different fields ranging from storytelling and cooking to doodling, sign language and many more.
  • In each time slot, 5-6 workshops will run parallelly. Participants can choose a workshop of interest and attend it.
  • In case none of the sessions in a particular time slot interests the participant, they may join the Main Room for some fun games and surprises.
  • The festival also has space for participants to host workshops and teach something to others. These are called pop-up workshops.
  • There is a special Parent's Evening planned on 14th Aug, Saturday.
  • At the end of Day 2, there will be a fun talent show where participants can share any talent they wish with others.

Hosted by
Pitaara Unleash

We are a small and close knit community of facilitators from different walks of life hosting unique experiential learning workshops. Our first unconference had over 300 participants over a two-day gathering. Children infused virtual screens with their energies, and we could experience the joy of learning together and the value it added to their lives. We work on bringing immersive critical thinking and democratic learning for children from different walks of life.
