  • 7. How to relax your body and mind.

  • The Experience will spread Awareness, Positive Vibes and Good Wishes to all.
Useful guidelines
  • Note:
  • i) Kindly wear suitable and comfortable clothing for attending the session.
  • ii) Please don't eat any solid food at least 4 hours prior to the session time.
  • iii) Kindly prioritise to experience the session and avoid possible distracting engagements for around 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • iv) Please bring a yoga mat along. Alternatively, you may carry a bedsheet/ thin blanket.
  • v) Kindly try to avoid any physically exhausting task just prior to attending the session.
  • viii) Kindly join by 04:55 pm and adjust accordingly.
