Screens are taking over our lives and the technoference (interference caused in our relationships due to technology) is impacting our most important relationships. Overusing cell phones and cell phone addiction are increasingly becoming problems for more and more people. Being constantly attached to our cell phones is taking a toll, not just on our relationships but on our mental and emotional well-being, affecting our overall health. Research shows that it can damage your relationships and may also harm your bond with your kids. Also with children glued to the mobile phone during their free time, they don't partake in physical activity and get fresh air putting them at risk for harmful diseases such as hypertension. This experience shows light to this issue of parenting on how to tackle this screen addiction and use the mobile with mindfulness for your and your kids' wellbeing.
